I create multi-layered textural pieces, incorporating figurative sculptural works and geometric forms in stoneware and parian ceramics looking at turns of phrase and human identity. Each piece is decorated with layered glazes, the figurative pieces are then finished with platinum lustre. Because each piece is individually made no piece can be replicated however themes can be continued such as with the Idiom Figures phrases and the colour theme of the Geometric Wall Hangings.
